Thank you for choosing our services. We would like to take a moment to clarify our order cancellation and processing policies to ensure a smooth experience for you.

**Cancellation Charges**:

   - If you cancel your order after the agreement process has been concluded, a charge of 15% will be applied to cover the company resources utilized in processing your application.

   - If you cancel your order after the product has already started and is in progress, a charge of 25% of the total order amount will apply. The remaining balance will be credited to your account; please note that we do not offer cash refunds.

**Order Processing**:

   - Please ensure that payment is completed before, as processing will only commence once we receive confirmation of your payment on our site. You may send your proof of payment to orders@setshediadministrators.co.za.

**Product Satisfaction**:

   - If you are not satisfied with the first product, you have the option to make up to 2 or 3 changes, including adjustments to the original design.

   - If you have a specific design or colour in mind, please feel free to share your templates or drafts with us for customizations.

**Cancellation Restrictions**:

   - Please be aware that not all items or products can be cancelled. If you have any questions about your specific order or require further clarification, do not hesitate to contact us.
