Please note that not all products or services qualify for a refund or cancellation. All refunds are subject to terms and conditions, and certain fees may apply for changes or cancellations, depending on the progress of the order. Alterations to products or services will incur charges based on the extent of the changes made. For design projects, we kindly request that clients provide any suggested designs or colour preferences before placing an order, in the form of a draft or drawing with colour tone/model. Ensuring the accuracy of the information provided to us is crucial in achieving the desired results, as Setshedi Administrators Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any inaccuracies due to incorrect information supplied. Please be aware that the terms and conditions and privacy policies of Setshedi Administrators Pty Ltd may be subject to changes in compliance with business law requirements. It is the responsibility of the client to review and verify the terms and conditions associated with the products or services they are purchasing.

- Our Pricing
Understanding important aspect of our pricing structure that may affect current and future orders placed with Setshedi Administrators Pty Ltd. Some of our service rates are directly dependent on supplier pricing, which is subject to change based on market conditions. Should our suppliers adjust their prices, we will verify all orders against the date they were placed and the date of the price change. In cases where the supplier cost increases after an order is placed, additional charges may apply to reflect the updated pricing.
Please note:
- Orders are honoured at the supplier rate valid at the time of placement.
- If a supplier cost adjustment occurs before fulfilment, revised pricing may be necessary.
- Setshedi Administrators Pty Ltd cannot assume liability for any market-driven supplier price shifts.

- Graphic designing
As we move forward with your design project, we’d like to clarify how our revision policy works to ensure your expectations are fully met.
We offer up to three design changes if the initial concept doesn’t align with your vision. The number of allowable revisions may vary depending on the type of design item—for instance, logo concepts typically allow more flexibility than complex product renderings. This structure helps us maintain both creative quality and efficiency.
To make the most of your revisions:
- Share specific feedback on what isn’t working
- Highlight any must-have elements
- Let us know your preferred direction for the next iteration

- Business Cards Design

- Brochure design
Customer can request up to 2 times design change. Any additional charge

- Restaurant Menu

- Websites and professional email
There is no limit to alteration wants on the websites or email, but any
change requested will be charged with percentage according to the amount of
change that is required. All information will be discussed with the customer
before the website building commence, a set of layout draft will be made
available to allow the customer to request of change improvement before
the publishing of the website.
- Google Business Profile.
Two services customers can choose how they want their business to appear on google.
Client can request to add products and their prices on google to allow customer
what they can expect to pay for the product or service. Client can choose from the
following services: Google Business Profile or Google Business Profile plus product
or services (include info and prices) or even can sell the product or services via
google. Price will vary according to the service required by the client.
- Company Registration
There is no refund for company registration. It is the client's responsibility to provide us with the correct information for registering the company, should there be any false or misleading information on the client's application Setshedi Administrators Pty Ltd will not be liable for such negligent. All information will be presented in writing so records can be kept for proper procedures.
- NHBRC Registration
Setshedi Administrators Pty Ltd will offer the full support and administration to the client to complete their NHBRC application process as per package paid for. It is the client responsibility to read and understand the builder’s manual before writing the assessment test withing the 30 days of the registration as per stipulation by NHBRC. Setshedi Administrators Pty Ltd will not be held accountable for the failure of the client, negligence for not attending the assessment test according to the date specified or failure to pass the assessment test per passing mark require on the Assessment test. It is the responsibility of the registered builder to renew their NHBRC certificate every year and ensure that all information supplied is correct. Setshedi Administrators Pty Ltd will not be held accountable of false or misleading information supplied by the client/applicant.
